Where can one find the HQ RAFAC Weekly Report? Or is it just a Permanent staff thing?

Seen it referred to heavily, particularly in my Wg and Rgn
It’s a spreadsheet that I think sits on MODnet SharePoint and details Personnel updates to Perm Staff such as appointments/promotions/transfers/resignations.
No volunteer access, but it’s normally promulgated in same form

Why couldnt this spreadsheet just be used as the Corps wide movements order… save wing duplication!
