What’s the best way to work up the ranks? I have a small sqn of around 14 people on a good night so it’s hard to get a full team for sports or other things?
What’s that to do with LLC?
Don’t worry about teams for this and that as long as you individually or as a sqn are participating, that is the main thing. The thing is if you do things it is more likely that (if other cadets talk about it outside) more will join.
As for moving up the ranks the sqn size while some may see it as a problem, it shouldn’t prevent advancement of cadets. If you are doing the right things promotion shouldn’t be a problem. I ‘grew up’ on a relatively small sqn and we always had a CWO (2 on 3 occasions) and at least 1 FS and associated other NCOs.
I think they want to be LLC.
Recruit lots of new cadets, the sqn will then need lots of new NCOs. Simples
