An SI brought incline & 3 to our sqn
after that just walk off the square
I’m almost certain it’s incline and four paces.
When I was a cadet we just inclined and then after the stamp there was a weird moment where noise erupted and everyone seemed unsure where to go.
I first encountered the march off as part of the fall-out / dismiss in the Army and it felt right that we had that smart few paces rather than immediately becoming a directionless rabble.
Just a delayed directionless rabble after such a strong start
