Help with HSEP and Microsoft

Hi this might be a basic question lol. So on my laptop i have the microsoft 365 free version and i was doing a HSep 5010. So on the table you complete your risk ratings i was trying to fill in the box with the correct colour associated with which number rating it is, but on my word it doesn’t allow me to do this as i dont have full microsoft 365 version.

So firstly my question is do we have access and can download full 365 version if so how.

If not how else could i edit this to colour the boxes as previously mentioned?

You don’t have the full version, just online via the RAFAC.

But there is no reason to colour in the boxes, the number is the importsnt bit.

When you use grayscale or a mono printer then it is all just 5 shades of grey.
