Just to bump this topic, haven’t seen anything further on Bader but on checking something on Ultilearn I note that ACP16 now shows as Suspended on there and is no longer accessible. Has anyone heard anything further?

As far as we’re aware, the fact that ACP16 isn’t available on ultilearn (It might be back now?) is unconnected with the appearance of the Fieldcraft and Tactics Manual on Sharepoint.
