Continuing the discussion from Air Cadet Gliding Petitions:
I am sorry. Being an Antipodean half wit who served 30 years plus on various VGSs and flew with Australian Air Cadets. 27 years were as a regular, CFI of 3 units and OC of another VGS for 14 years I obviously missed out in the brains department. I stick by my statement. Try motivating a bunch of excellent blokes they aint flying today because of no shows.
In Australia kids travel miles to fly, where the gliders are attached to civilian clubs and the kids WANT to fly. I am now withdrawing from this site.
