Anyone know what the current turnaround is for delivery of certificates for things like heartstart and classifications?
I don’t know about heartstart but the classification ones are usually pretty rapid.
My HeartStart certificates were emailed in PDF format, and I was told to print my own!
Yet another example of HQAC reducing their overheads by forcing squadrons to print their own!!

Perhaps, but at least we don’t need to scan them to upload them to SMS
