Is anyone else having a trouble logging into their generic (multiuser) accounts?

Just email the SMS is working

Odd, AFAIK the generic account shouldn’t be working for email anymore? But it kept changing! Ignoring that:

If you think SMS is working, try resetting the password at Microsoft Online Password Reset

It may be that the password has expired, but SMS has kept you logged in anyway.

For email you should be accessing via your personal account as it’s a shared mailbox.

In OWA you can click on your profile top right and select to open another mailbox.
