But dose anyone know any good fundraising ideas that can be done within the ATC which will bring in large amounts of money

Depends what you are looking for. Big cash injection or stable income.
Bag packs (providing you can get a slot and plenty of cadets involved all day) can be very lucrative. With good support and organisation you can bring in up to £3k in a day.
If Gift Aid is still allowed once the dust settles from the Charity Commission being dragged into ACO issues recently that is a good stable source of income.
