speaking to WHQ and we’ve been paid for a few trips but all I’ve had is the payment - nice but no idea what it’s for now
If it’s acct 4 then the full cost of fuel is paid back
There is a place in Gateway/JPA for ‘expenses’ it would be good if they could link up to that. I submit quite a few 1771’s for similar amounts and now have no idea which have been paid and which have not, but I know I’ve not been paid for them all. They like admin so much, why can’t they sort their own.

WHQ advised they no longer give these out and tbh i haven’t seen any this year

When we first moved over to JPA, we could get access to this! I remember seeing my 1771 on the expenses tab. It was however pretty useless as all it showed was the date it was paid, how much, and who the signing officer was!
