Just taken over a sqn and looking at great submission, having not used xero before I have been informed that the current Form 60 can be pulled from Xero could someone point me in the right direct to pull this from Xero

Are you the OC? If so, why are you having anything to do with finances?

why would I not be ? It the exec’s responsibility for ensuring subs paid etc. and along with CivCom how best to fund / spend squadron funds.

The form lives in the CivCom area of SharePoint. If you read it, you’ll see that the declarations on it are made by the treasurer and chair.
It’s not a unit OC responsibility to complete the form.
It is specifically the CivCom that manages and authorises the funds and the accounts.
They are the trustees, they are responsible for the accounting.
OC can lay out a budget, OC can request funds, OC can raise funds and indeed be the one chasing subs because it is they who have authority over the cadets, but the OC is not responsible for the management of those funds. It’s a key pillar of the separation of the branches.
