I’m currently planning a Flight Night for my flight based upon Uniform. Our uniform is pretty good anyway, but just needs a few thing sorted eg. Shoes and Brassards.
Any fun(er) ways of teaching this?

If their uniform is already of a half-decent standard, then you’re probably best off with running a coached session - find people who are good at kit and have them help people out as they work.
If there are specific issues, then just start by running a quick demo.
