Couple of people in there I’d consider “fat” and one who is certainly obese!!

they’re on Ops so therefore have passed a fitness test.
Certainly 1 or 2 shirt stretchers knocking about on that photo. Seems that increasing numbers of people are capable of dodging MSFT these days.
So long as they can lug their excess baggage around, then ok, still not the best image to portray. Then again the MSFT isn’t a real reflection of being in the field.
True, while MSFT qualifies the majority of the RAF fit for ops I suspect a surprising proportion may struggle if the worst happened and they actually did have to work in the field.
