In a similar vein to [this post]{Bader SMS Query}< Ihave a cadet that has just completed first class but refuses to update on SMS.
After putting in dates for Part 2 and 3, then clicking save, the page reloads, clearing the fields.
They are enrolled (in real life and SMS), they have FCC P1 passed with a date. The same behaviour is seen if I try and add a date to part 2 then save that.
any ideas?
I had this issue, it was down to some rubbish data. Check if a phone number is missing or an email address is wrong etc.
I had home phone number listed but with no phone number in, as soon as I deleted it worked. Give that a go 
A missing home phone number! Solved!
I deleted the field for home phone and suddenly it accepted the first class ddates
