Hey everyone, I’m looking to help set up first aid sessions at my unit (CCF) however my staff are not entirely sure how to do this. What/who would be the first port of call to get first aid courses up and running?

Best bet would be to speak to your TEST SNCO or ask your staff to speak to the Regional First Aid Officer for the ATC region that you’re in.
But as a CCF CFAV this annoys me. The SSI/Section Commander should at the very least know how to do it as it’s one of the core subjects.
If you’re a cadet you won’t be able to teach the syllabus unless you have the gold first aid badge, which I’m guessing you don’t as that’s the course where they teach you to deliver the training.
