A quick question. Can an existing Fg Off in an ATC Sqn work within the CCF and use their Fg Off title in CCF correspondance? The individual has not officially transferred between the two.
Yes. I’m sure they can.
It’s Fg Off RAFVR(T) in both the ATC and the CCF, so it’s not a different position as it’s a rank given by a Queens commission. However if it’s done in defense writing format would they would need to give full details such as
John Smith
Flying Officer RAFVR(T)

You can in fact be dual-hatted, and on both establishments. You don’t get two lots of PTDs, though. You need to read JSP814. Is it on BADER? (It’s on Westminster, which I admit isn’t much help!)
The rank is of course transferable, as you hold the rank in the RAFVR(T), as stated above, not the ATC.
