Feedback on this + Help

Hello hello,

[Sorry if this post shouldn’t be in here, I wasn’t quite sure on where to post it]
Basically I’ve been working on a colourisation of Air Commodore J.A. Chamier, and I was wondering if I could get some feedback on the progress so far.

Also, if anyone can identify the medals (+positioning) in this image, it would be a massive help.
In addition, if you see something that needs to have a different colour, or is inaccurate, please let me know so I can fix it. :grinning:

Many thanks!

Here is a start: Air Commodore Sir John Adrian Chamier CB, CMG, DSO, OBE (26 December1883 - 3 May1974) also known as “The Founding Father of the ATC” for his role in the foundation of the Air Training Corps, was born in 1883

He would also have WW1 Medals

Thank you.

He looks very pale; maybe, someone has gone back in time and told him what has become of the Corps?

Shouldn’t the telephone be black (bakelight)?

not all bakelite is black and the colour chosen is possible, though I would have thought it unlikely.
