Top 6 all really close at Red Bull being .5 behind is crazy. Is there still time for Lando to get the championship?

If lando wins every race and takes fastest lap he will win the drivers by 2 points assuming max comes second. The more races max is further behind the quicker that gap comes down.
McLaren could very well overtake red bull in the constructors this weekend though.

So if max starts finishing 4th/5th/6th etc per quali, Lando has a real chance then? This could all get very exciting!
I’m not looking forward to having an angry Max back on the track though. When he’s not winning he’s a bit nasty. I expect some more crashes because of that.

Yep! A couple races with max finishing that bit further back and the gaps going to close quickly.
Yeah he does tend to get a bit scrappy when he’s not winning.

Just back from a wild week in Singapore, F1 was cherry on the top. Pretty pleased to see McLarens performance and interested to see what Danny Ric’s fastest lap translates to in the future.

Well VCARB have finally announced they have dropped Danny Ric for Lawson.
We all knew it was coming but to not even let him have a proper goodbye was brutal!
This makes me sad
I am holding onto cope that the lackluster treatment is because he is not truly off and Checo will be binned off after Mexico in favour of Danny.
Can hope, but watching the interviews with him after Singapore that’s not a man who knows he’s coming back.
Think it would be a good fit, that RB is a shed and I think he would out perform Perez in the main team.

We all know he’s gone. Just got to adjust to life post Danny Ricc. See if someone can get Piastri to do a shoey on his next podium in tribute.

So Christian Horner has said on F1 Nation Podcast “well if Checco & Liam don’t get the job done we know Daniel’s capabilities” which is interesting.
