Very sad indeed. Thoughts with his family at this awful time. I would imagine he would be laid to rest with his Green Lid.
Just standby for the whole Health and Safety rubbish to get stuck in and the media for calls of “too tough”. Its tough for a reason. Its not supposed to be pink and bloody fluffy. Hes sadly not the first and wont be the last.
