I help out at a club that is not directly related to cadets but we usually teach them drill and stuff that is linked to the night we did before, It’s quite repetitive as its usually drill when the person who runs it is late (we relatively know drill good enough to get the attendees to go help) so I’m seeing if there are any ideas we can do as an activity (we have 7 ish people who come and a half are helpers) we can do on our own or with the person who runs it.

have a few leadership tasks ready that can be run with very little equipment.
Will definitely look at trying to sort some leadership tasks out, any ideas on scenarios that may work? We have a large outdoor parade square style space (Really got the whole school if I comes to it) and some classrooms we could take.
mines on the floor close together, blindfold, and get cadets to direct a move at a time to get to the other side.

I’ll see if I can potentially attempt that next Wednesday
