This is the badge - looks like they’ve got it right for once! 
Like the other badges, you can buy them off Greenfrog as @AlexCorbin mentions, but only in multiples; so it depends how many you want.
Our Wing First Aid Officer has said he has some, so I think they’re out there!

I issued first lot to cadets about a month ago, so they are available without private purchase.
