So our cadets would like to do their duke of edinburgh awards,so i was wondering what is required to do them and who can award them exactly to the cadets and sign them off on them?

Your best bet would be to contact your won’t DofE officer
Your Wing DofE officer isn’t very active then? 
Check out the DofE website and it will tell you more about the awards themselves.
Then contact your wing dofe officer who will be able to give you more info and sign you up to the intro to dofe course.
nope lol theyve not done anything in nearly 2 years most have done nothing.
