banner drill hasnt changed. Being a drill nerd i pointed out some inaccuracys (a couple of missing orders around the get on parade) up the chain of command and awaiting feedbackā€¦so there might be some slight tweeks/direction coming

The get on parade starts at ease but theres no order to put the squad at ease between asking the judges to commence and the get on paradeā€¦the get on parade finished at ease but there is no order to bring them to attention to perform the squadron will retire about turn.

I think the parade orders are correct, the banner bearer is to bring the squad to attention and then complete the move

You arenā€™t being judged at that point - do what you need to do to be ready to start the sequence.
There is no command to size you and march you onto the drill area either!
