A picture of the OC, OC Wing, RC, Cmdt, @Cab, CAS and the King. All nicely in order!
(That is a joke, please don’t do this)
The nicest offices I’ve been in have been pretty simple. Painted nicely, with a couple of photos of cadets doing various things. Plus the mandatory safety posters too…
I’ve done a “sqn execs” in frames display with sector commander, wing commander, regional commandant, and CAC, with the king’s portrait above.
Looks really nice and I constantly see cadets giving it the once over to refresh on who’s who.
I also turned my office into a dual-purpose meeting and welfare chat room, so it now has some cool heritage displayed, including a costly but worth it framing of a very old and tatty ensign (attempting to attach an image below, but it’s on our website under “facilities” if not).
In my first office I already had some obligatory pictures of planes (the same ones every Squadron seems to have) plus a picture of bomber Harris, I never really changed that.
At my second unit I got myself a couple of nice canvasses aviation themed, left them behind when I moved out, dunno if they still have them.
I have some ancient health and safety notices a previous occupant glued to notice boards, and a faded picture of Her Majesty I can’t bring myself to take down.
