Not sure if anyone else has ever come across this, but it’s quite handy for coming up with scenarios for fieldcraft, command tasks, etc.
Essentially it’s a joint US/UK/Can/Aus project to create a series of imaginary countries with significant back-stories, persons and groups. Rather overkill for most cadet reasons, but it does save re-inventing the wheel when coming up with such things.
