Cyber Competition - Wing Training Day

Hi everyone,

I’ll be attending my first Wing Training Day later this month and will be taking part in the Cyber competition. I’m curious about the types of challenges or tasks usually involved. Could anyone share their experiences or give me an idea of what to expect?

Possibly Capture The Flag tasks? If it’s just a wing activity day I wouldn’t expect anything too challenging. Maybe have a look on Hack The Box etc if you want to ‘prepare’ or test your skills.
