CWO with shoulder eagles?

I barely trust the corporals with hot drinks…

With positive intent.

A photo/link accompanied with praise (such as you might put in the “celebrating success” thread) that is no more identifying than its original public posting, is different to drawing negative attention through similar means.

Praise in public, criticise in private.

Does anyone have anything to add to the original query?

Oh come on there is an unpleasant history of this sort of thing on here.

Hence why people being dicks needs to be challenged.

In the old days this wouldn’t have happened. We all did things and no one was the wiser and the world didn’t stop turning or turn the other way if someone became aware.
I do think this is where throwing stones should be discouraged.

A few years ago, I remember ‘observing’ a cadet from our local CCF at a Remembrance Parade. He was wearing clearly surplus RAF No 1s, which I didn’t have an issue with, as the rest of his Contingent were similarly attired, but he had not thought, nor had been told, to remove the medal ribbons. Fair enough, he was possibly old enough to have served in NI and qualified for the GSM 62, but an LS & GCM was pushing it a bit.
