Could someone remind which document has the CWO requirements and is it still a pers503 application?
Is there a minimum amount of cadets a squadron must have to have a CWO or has that changed nowadays?
ACP 20. Though it hasn’t been updated to say CWOs can be appointed at 17 now

Establishment scales are in ACP 19 which says you need 15 enrolled cadets on the books to have a CWO. Though of course not all Sqns have one for one reason or another. Just because your scaled for one doesn’t mean you must have one. Equally some Sqns have more CWOs than they are scaled for, as Wing can appoint additional at their discretion, up to a certain total number across the Wing
