I know Accounts don’t like to be chased… anyone got any recent evidence of how far behind VA claims currently are?
Specifically: not sure if my claim for summer camp (submitted in August) has gone through OK or not. There may be a problem with the countersignature. Usually refused claims bounce back so I am assuming it’s just delayed in the backlog; if it’s going to fail I’d like a chance to resubmit!
Just received pay submitted early june
Got pay, sorry VA for 2 July but not for 10 Jul. or later. WHQ have said that they are processing claims received for week commencing 5 Sep
Thanks both; no WHQ to hold things up in my case (direct to HQAC accounts) but sounds like it might be still in the works.
I got a payslip from June through today, that being said can’t remember when I actually did the paperwork so it probably isn’t much help.
last I heard they were running 6-8 weeks behind.
I’ve only just been paid for dates in August
I’ve still not been paid for dates in July, form submitted in August. I must admit I was thinking of ringing them though I’m always reluctant.
