Oh wise audience, riddle me this:
Is it illegal to deface a Queens badge like a regular RAF Squadron badge with the Queens crown on it?
I don’t ask with any agenda and I am not looking to take action or anything - mere curiosity is all… 
I don’t know about an RAF Squadron badge, but you cannot deface the Union Flag without permission. By ‘deface’ I mean slap your own logo on top when making an ‘official’ flag. As far as I know there is nothing to stop you ripping one up.
No such law to my knowledge
