Crest award registrations?

For the crest awards like discovery and bronze, how do we do this for cadets who have completed their relevant space qualification.
I see on the crest site from the link on the training hub you can register as songle person or organisation. So are we doing one if these if so which?
As i also notice there is a small fee for each level for example beginner is £3.

Hopefully someone has been through this already and knows how we should be doing it.

To get a crest award they have to complete a project of some kind as a group, taking the required number of hours. 6 hours for Discovery etc. You can register for an account, then submit names and details, pay the fee and they send you certificates.
I don’t see how just completing space badges would meet the requirements, unless you did some kind of extension activity alongside it.
