It looks as if the right undercarriage failed on landing, inducing a roll to the right, snapping the wing and the left wing gained more lift for a roll-over. Whether the landing was heavy, inducing a failure, which will come out later.
Don’t think I’ve ever ended up upside down and missing a wing, trying to cross the road to Waitrose…

Private aircraft, reported an open door, either operator error or mechanical failure, nothing to do with the FAA unless maintenance violations are involved.
