Without knowing exactly what your staff are looking for it makes it hard to give you advice. Everyone looks for different things, so we can only be general.
Know the structure of the ATC and RAF, know all the stuff you learnt in junior cadet training, who’s who on your squadron and what they do. Know a little about drill and dress regulations and have a think of some scenario questions they might ask (like what would you do if a cadet came to you and said they were being bullied).
Be yourself.
