As the title says really. What other officer development courses are there?
Squadron Commander’s Course, for those about to be OC.
Senior officer’s course (not sure of proper title) for those going to senior (Sqn Ldr / Wing Co) positions.
Think that’s it.

I thought that the seniors were just encouraged to attend the sqn commanders course again?

Gives a prospectus and everything and a separate course for sure.
Well, every day is a school day!
Wasn’t the most inspirational course, in fact nearly made me question my existence in the Corps. Whereas the old Senior course, now sqn commander was really useful and very positive.
