Quick one - has anyone applied for and received Comdt AC’s Commendations and Commandants Certificates of Good Service?
If so, what form did you use for the citation/application?
ACP 3 only has a specific form for the Commendants Special Commendation (a bravery award). CoC currently is not providing a definitive answer!
My wing has a commendation nomination form, which is then submitted to Dep OC Wing and is followed up by WHQ as required. All levels of commendations are applied for in this manner within the wing.

Annex G to ACP3 is what you want - you delete the irrelevant award at the top.

We have used the application and received Cmd’t citations for staff and Padres around the wing.
