Checking cold and heat

As we know there are 2x ways for cadet cold and heat injury training to be recorded either via sms qualifications manually or when cadet completes training on Learn then its viewed on volunteer portal.

The issue we are finding is doing it the newer way via learn when an event comes up cadets are been declined for no cold and heat but we can see they do. So for event directors is there another way to view the cold heat list other than qualifications? As if not then this seems pointless if we have to manually go and add it anyway into qualifications for every single cadet?

Raise this to the Bader Helpdesk with screenshots and a list of the Cadets CINā€™s that have been affected.

This might ā€œtranslateā€ to other areas / activities - for example, air rifle CLFs, several of them (with a pass of course) are automatically indicative of a shooting award. For example, CLF1 = Blue Shooting badge.

There is no automatic transfer of this to qualifications; you have to enter the badge separately = double workload.

do u know where exactly and does it show learn cold and heat as well

Iā€™m second guessing myself going in now, I suppose it must have been removed when the staff report was moved to from SMS to VP?

Thatā€™s really annoying though, I distinctly remember there being an equivalent option that spat out a spreadsheetā€¦

aright I know where you mean that is ok if checking your own squadron but not for people running events checking different squadron cadets
