Are you a current staff member? If so, you can see a full course program here:
https://rafac.sharepoint.com/sites/StaffTrainingHub/SitePages/Officers’-Initial-Course-(OIC).aspx
The link says OIC, but it is now a combined course.
Also your CTT Sgt should be able to fill you in a bit on what to expect. Have they done any pre-training with you?
I’m a current member of staff yes. The process is taking a long time, I do not have access to bader yet either so I cannot access any documents etc. I haven’t been told much to be honest at this point.
There’s an example programme.
These 2 statements do not align, to be a current member of staff you would have a RAFAC Microsoft Account in the format of firstname.lastname123@rafac.mod.gov.uk you can then use this to access SharePoint which contains the documentation.
If you do not currently have this account, I would urgently follow up with your contingent commander or CTT SNCO, to ensure that you are registered as a Cadet Forces Adult Volunteer on the Bader Management Information System (SMS / Volunteer Portal / Admin Portal)
I will chase this up. All my commissioning paper work has been sent off (around 2 months ago) haven’t had access to bader at all since I’ve been there. This is also the same with another member of staff, we are definitely on the books I will look into this.
Try going to the link below. Put in the email address of firstname.lastname123@rafac.mod.gov.uk with your name and try 100 as the number. For example joe.bloggs100@rafac.mod.gov.uk If you have a common name it might be 101 or 102.

If you’re on the system with a mobile number added, the next page should let you set a password using 2FA via text. Then you can login to Sharepoint, I think.

Have a chat with your SSI as first point of call or your RAF section OC - are you created on Westminster as well as bader?
If you have good links with your local ATC Sqn perhaps ask if they can steer you to a local paid staff contact particular if your region has gone into pillars.
There should also be a generic unit account you can use to access bader sharepoint
