Quick question. I’m in a Devon-based Cdt in CCF RAF unit. I was hoping to go on some similar courses and camps to what Devon and Somerset wing ATC do. However, what equivalent of wing training does the CCF have. Or do I just ask to participate in the D+S wing ATC training and camps.

What sort of camps and courses?
Your school should sign you up for RAF station camps. If not, ask them why not. Or tag along with another school. You would need to get an officer from your school to attend with you (and a female one if you’re a girl - you don’t say).
Your TEST area may run some (e.g. MOI cadres). They will also allocate gliding once we get some…
Other stuff is central (e.g. Air Cadet Leadership Course, Gliding Scholarships) and your school should bid for you.
