It’s an old version of ACP 20 dated 2018. I believe this section has now been superseded by revised regulations and they have removed the requirement to resign commission in the current version of ACP 20.

You’re right that 2018 version has been completely superseded. In the current ACP20, all references to parliamentary candidates are gone and there is explicit approval of political activity, including election to local government positions.

Apologies, just a little bit of tongue in cheek tangent which is perhaps not in the spirt of the forum.
However, you do seem to be the main user that keeps breathing life into this thread.
Best way to get rid of carol if you are so against her? Let her slide into obscurity, no comments, shares or like.
It would then look like her ambassadorship has reached a natural end.

I was very much in her fan club, sadly not any more. She visited our sqn, all very good. Now, she has moved to a very political stance, not appropriate in any way for her Air Cadet connection.
