Can’t access my sharepoint

I can’t get into my BADER email, it gives me the error message shown in the photo, this has happened twice now and it’s not helpful as I have 3 months left to complete my AVIP and can’t access it for the below reasons - any suggestions on how I can resolve this? (I have asked my wing staff and they aren’t sure) hence coming here.

Can you log into Volunteer Portal?

Underneath your name what does it have as Rank/Title?

I can login to my volunteer portal, my rank at current is Civilian Instructor (Probationer)

That’s an appointment, not a rank.

@jasong92 does using incognito/InPrivate mode change anything?

That’s good, I wanted to check you weren’t still in applicant stage.

I think it means what the message says. You have not been given access to SharePoint / Bader

Are you trying to use a RAFAC email address or your personal one you will have used for Join?

I did think that, I did have access shortly after joining to my emails and share point then I was met with this same message, that resolved itself for a couple of weeks and now it’s happened again.

Given the level of confusion in RAFAC about this, it’s always worth a mention. Even more so with new people.

When you log into volunteer portal, does it show that you have competed your responsible for information training? I wonder if it keeps you out of certain areas until this is complete. It will show a red cross or a green tick on the home page of VP.

It is possible that your ID has been unlinked from the database. This can happen when other changes are made to your profile (status/promotion/roles).

Your Wing Bader POC can check and reset if needed.

Your OC or other mentor should be able to give you access to the documents you need to read before the AVIP.

Ask your squadron staff to get in touch with them for you.

Have another try today. Some account fixes were pushed out today which might have resolved your issue.

Where i work we use Microsoft in a similar was to the RAFAC. There have been on going issues with authentication of various app over the last few weeks.
