In all honestly the best option is to speak to your parents and arrange a meeting with your Sqn OC with your parents there, be upfront about the situation, tackle it face on but expect difficult conversations.
The other guy is obviously not your friend and if what you are saying is true put him under the bus as let alone being a horrible friend he shouldnt be in the organisation

This needs to not be on the forums and needs dealing with by your sqn staff. But, as some advice, get ahead of it and speak to your staff now.
