Cadet Portal Welcome Emails

25 of the 26 did but one, no matter what we do, can’t access and the system says their e-mail address does not exist. We discharged and recreated the recruit but get the same result. We have a ticket logged but things have gone very quiet from that and our new cadet is unable to access. If there is anything you can do to speed things along that would be appreciated, my e-mail is oc.261@rafac.mod.gov.uk.

If you can see the list of accounts and have the button to resend, you should be able to. If you can drop me an email confirming the unit, I can have a look.

I tested using Edge and it worked, bit strange but cadet is in now - thanks.
