It’ll typically take more than 20 odd minutes for changes to filter through the system. If you still can’t set a password tomorrow then your staff will be able to get support to look at it.
Is there not still a sync at midnight for some things between the Bader backend and Microsoft? Ie, any updates won’t take effect until the next day? Or is that JPA?
Managed to get it to work this morning! It gave me the option to verify with email and someone that didn’t have a phone number managed to get on so it was obviously just because it hadn’t synced the email or phone number.
However now I can’t log into my RAFAC, it just goes back into the welcome page when I sign in.
You can still ask for and use the paper ID that came before MyRAFAC, I believe.
It is definitely supposed to, since Nov 2024 there’s an article on the Bader Sharepoint noting that it will give cadets access to Digital ID. There’s plenty of ways that might have gone wrong, on multiple levels, so check with your local staff who can check your record on Bader has been correctly synced from Westminster, and report it if that has happened and it still doesn’t work.
