I’ve been having a long term problem logging into cadet portal, usually when logging in it allows you to input your email and password. However, whenever I try to log in it redirects me to a page saying, ‘the cadet portal is only accessible to cadets’.
I’d appreciate an explanation for what’s going on if anyone knows
From what I’ve seen discussed else where, this happens with you’re logged on with another Microsoft Account.
Try opening an incognito or private browsing window and access Cadet Portal from there.
Plus, your log in is not your email address.

Ok I’ve managed to sort it out thank you for your help.
It turned out my laptop was signed into my other Microsoft account like you said,
