What happens on a cadet method of instruction course?
You learn the theory behind instructing…then do 3 assessments (2 by sqn staff 1 external)
Would l need to design my own lesson to teach? And do the assessments take place on the weekend?
Yes you will need to plan your own lesson
And they normally take place on a normal Sqn parade night
Can l plan it on any cadet related topic. Or will l be given a specific topic
Your observed lesson needs to be something agreed between you and the Training Officer. It is often something from the classifications but can be anything the Squadron can benefit from on the night.
