The land is leased from the council. Who built the hut in 1971 I do not know.
The lease ran out three years ago. The council has appointed the third person (so far) to renegotiate the lease.
That could be costly and may put the squadron at risk in its pesent location if the cost is too high.
I was told not to contact the council again as it confuses matters.
