Is there anyway to do bronze leadership at squadron level or is it a must be done at sector/wing level with other squadrons etc?
The risk you run is that someone notices and then doesn’t recognise eligibility for Silver.
The intent is to assess cadets in a less familiar environment by introducing team members who aren’t typically in their immediate peer group - it’s easier to make a request of someone you know well and already have mutual trust with.
The flip side is their reaction as a team member with these people - do they build rapport, contribute, follow instructions from someone new?
It’s doesn’t have to be a massive event with lots of squadrons, just a wider variety of cadets than a normal squadron night.
