I says on portal I would be be able to achive Blue Wings if either I do AEF once or do Glidng 3 times. Is that still how it works?

Not quite.
The new Blue ATP Training Badge (Blue Wings) will be awarded on successful completion of:

  • First Class, Flying Operations
  • Synthetic Training
    and either
  • an Air Experience Flight (AEF) in the Tutor aircraft
    or
  • a Glider Induction Flight (GIF) in the Viking Glider (up to 2 launches).

The new Blue Training Badge will be common to both (ie no more ā€˜Aā€™ or ā€˜Gā€™ badges).
