Does anybody have any other leadership tasks they could share for blue leadership. Ive pretty much used most of the blue tasks which cadets are getting a bit bored of and cadets know how they are comlpleted so am looking for new exercises i could use that don’t require much equipment. Thanks
One that cadets on my squadron love is capture the flag. Or a cas-evac downed airman style task.
Other than that, what id recommend which we occasionally use is ask an AI to come up with ideas. This way you can cater it to your specific needs and wants, and it comes up with dozens of ideas quickly;)
