Hi does anybody have any links etc to any other practical leadership tasks we can use for blue leadership assessments as my cadets have done the ones on training hub so many times now they are not only bored of them but know them very well so makes it too easy.
I’ve used the bronze tasks at blue level for precisely the reasons you use above.

where did you source the equipment from ?
Also do you know if there is anyway possible to get permission to run bronze leadership at squadron level as we virtually have had none run in the wing for last couple of years. So all our cadets from our couple of squadrons end up stuck at blue level. So I would like to run bronze so they can then progress onto silver.

You can also write your own tasks but they just need to be in the same format.
Search on here for pre-blue practical command tasks & you should get a few suggestions.
let the book limit you on safety (& make sure your risk assessment is suitable) but not ideas.
